Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or it is not what you were expecting you have up to 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send a photo of the product (if damaged) and have proof of purchase. Cost of the item will be returned, minus the expense of shipping paid.  Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. 

To start the return process, you can contact us at ashley@seekandbloom.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products such as special orders, wedding bouquets or personalized items have a no-refund policy. If there is an issue with your custom order please contact us right away and we will do our best to fix it for you.

Gift Certificates & Discontinued items
We cannot accept returns on discontinued, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
