What is in the Petal Pals Subscription?
Each month has a new seasonal pressed flower theme and includes a combination of:
• A limited-edition 5x7 pressed flower print to keep or share
• A meaningful intention card or inspiring quote
• A beautiful coordinating postcard with a prompt to encourage you to mail it to someone special.
• A small pressed flower goodie (sticker, bookmark, pressed flowers for DIY, etc.)
• A custom note from Ashley at Seek & Bloom Creative Co.
• Plus a few surprises along the way!

Why a snail mail club?
As a full-time artist, I have a lifelong love for pretty stationery, handwritten notes, and holding onto meaningful moments.
With a background in wedding stationery design and years of creating greeting cards for Seek & Bloom, starting a snail mail club felt like a natural way to create more connection with the people who follow my work and share my love of flowers, paper and handmade things. I love the nostalgia of pen pals and the simple joy of finding something personal in the mailbox, especially in a world that’s become so digital.
This is a little invitation to put down your phone, slow down, connect with nature, and share something thoughtful with someone you love.

Who it's for?
For flower lovers, stationery fans, thoughtful gift-givers and anyone who still gets excited about something special arriving in the mail. A little beauty, a little connection, and something to look forward to each month.
When does my package ship?
Your mail is sent from Seek & Bloom Studios the last week of each month.
How is my packaged sent?
Each print is sent with a postage stamp, snail mail style! Your package is sent in an 5x7 envelope.
When can I expect to be charged each month?
You will be charged each month by X date. If you need to cancel please do so before the 1st of the month for planning purposes.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. Make a note when you subscribe and I'll set up the recipient's address and a gift note for the first arrival. They'll get a letter from me letting them know who sent it.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, and you can do it yourself by logging into your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship within Canada for $1.75 or to the US for $2.75 (cost of a stamp).
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to the website. If the current months has already processed you it will ship. Each month is pre-planned and printed weeks in advanced and packaged by hand. Please cancel 1 month in advance.
What's your return policy?
Because each print is made-to-order and shipped, we don't offer refunds once an edition has gone out. You can cancel anytime before the next month's cutoff (the 12th) and you won't be charged again. If a print arrives damaged or never arrives at all, email me a photo within 14 days and I'll send a replacement. Light wear from the postal service is part of getting real mail and isn't covered.
