wedding bouquet pressing and artwork, tangled garden, wolfville, ns

Seek & Bloom focuses on the slow art of flower pressing while incorporating the modern approach of graphic arts to create designs that feel organic and elegant.

Our pressed flower art, stationery and gifts are a celebration of nature’s beauty, meticulously crafted from hand-pressed flowers and foliage foraged from Nova Scotia’s scenic Annapolis Valley.

"In nature, as in our lives, the seasons pass quickly. Celebrating these seasons, in tangible and beautiful ways preserves moments that are dear to our hearts."

Seek & Bloom's pressed flower art was created with nature enthusiasts, gardeners & flower lovers in mind. Our customers love our cheerful and heartfelt designs and the sentimental meaning behind each flower. Our wide selection of printed pressed flower & botanical art prints, cards, postcards, stickers & magnets are a great fit for any occasion and we offer wholesale to a wide selection of artisan boutiques, flower shops, garden centres and anywhere flowers and stationery are appreciated.

Since 2019 Ashley has been offering custom designs, focusing on helping East Coast couples preserve their wedding bouquets by pressing them into timeless pieces of artwork that can be cherished and enjoyed for years to come.

MEET THE ARTIST ~ Ashley Foster

I believe that flowers carry special emotions and connections in our lives. They are more than gifts; they symbolize joy, love, and gratitude. Just as the seasons pass quickly in nature, so do our moments in life. By celebrating these seasons in tangible and beautiful ways, I aim to help preserve the moments dear to our hearts.

My creativity originates from my love for nature and being outdoors, surrounded by wildflowers and the calming presence of the ocean. I frequently draw inspiration from the vibrant landscapes of the East Coast and natural objects.

With over two decades of experience in graphic arts and stationery design, coupled with my lifelong passion for flowers, the art of flower pressing has evolved beyond a creative outlet—it’s a return to a simpler, more soulful way of life.

Most days you will find me in my home-based studio with a coffee in hand. When I’m not creating, you will find me on an adventure with my family, relaxing at the lake, or at the gym lifting weights and spinning my heart out!
