Shipping policy
We’re a small studio, and every order is packed and prepared by hand. Please see the information below for shipping details specific to your order.
RETAIL ORDERS
Please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from the Seek & Bloom studio.
Orders up to $100 will generally ship by Canada Post letter mail with a flat rate, when possible and will be sent without tracking. Larger orders that require parcel shipping will be shipped with tracking when appropriate.
Please allow 8–12+ business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on Canada Post and your location.
If you need your order sooner, faster shipping may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Snail mail and card subscriptions ship by Canada Post letter mail within Canada at no additional cost.
Your subscription is sent without tracking, in true snail-mail style, and delivery times may vary.
USA subscription orders are subject to a small shipping fee.
ORIGINAL FRAMED ARTWORK
Original framed artwork is extremely delicate and requires special care when shipping.
Framed artwork is available for local pickup or can be shipped by UPS Courier, which includes tracking.
Because shipping costs for large framed artwork can vary, the shipping price may need to be adjusted if it does not reflect the current courier rates. If there is an additional cost, we will contact you before shipping.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
All wholesale orders are made to order, locally printed and packaged by Seek & Bloom.
Please allow 8–15 business days for us to process your order before it ships. If additional time is needed, we will contact you with an estimated completion date.
Wholesale orders have a flat rate of $20 for shipping, and any order over $500 ships complimentary.
