Shipping policy

RETAIL ORDERS:
Orders up to $100 in value will ship by standard letter mail (no tracking) with Canada Post when possible. Larger-sized orders that qualify for tracking will be determined at the time of shipping. Please allow 8-12+ business days for delivery once your purchase has shipped. If you would like faster shipping it will be at your expense.

Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be dispatched from the S&B office. If you're concerned about the timeframe please contact us and we will do our best to complete your order in a timely manner.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Due to being very delicate, our original framed artwork ships at buyers' risk. Framed artwork is available for pick up or Expedited Parcel (with tracking and $100 insurance).  After ordering please contact us to make special arrangements.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
All wholesale orders are made to order, locally printed, and packaged by S&B. Please allow 8-15 business days for us to complete your order. If additional time is needed you will be contacted with an ETA. Orders over $500 ship complimentary.
