Subscription Details

Petal Pals is a recurring snail mail subscription from Seek & Bloom Creative Co. Each subscription includes one mailing per month, based on the plan you choose at checkout.

First Order & Billing Dates

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe and covers the next available edition. To avoid double billing, your first recurring payment is delayed until the next scheduled billing date, ensuring at least 31 days between your initial payment and your first renewal.

After that, your subscription renews monthly, with each payment covering the following month's mailing. Editions are mailed around the middle of each month.

If you subscribe after sign-ups for an edition have closed, your first mailing will be the next available edition.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through the Subscription Portal, including updating your payment details, changing your mailing address, or cancelling your subscription.

To avoid being charged for another month, cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

If your subscription has already renewed or your mailing has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. We cannot cancel or refund an edition that has already been processed or mailed.

Prepaid Subscriptions

Prepaid options, such as 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscriptions, are paid in full at checkout and cover the number of monthly mailings included in your chosen plan.

Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been processed. Plans that do not renew automatically will end after all included mailings have been sent. If your plan is set to renew automatically, the renewal terms shown at checkout will apply.

You can purchase another term if you'd like to continue receiving Petal Pals.

Updating Your Information

You can update your mailing address, payment details, and other subscription information through your Subscription Portal. You can also contact Ashley at ashley@seekandbloom.ca.

Please make changes as soon as possible, especially if you are moving. I'll do my best to apply updates before your next mailing is prepared, but last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping, Delays & Replacements

Petal Pals is sent through Canada Post using regular stamped lettermail. Tracking is not included. Shipping within Canada is free, and US shipping costs an additional $2.75.

If a payment fails, your mailing may be delayed or skipped until payment is resolved.

If your mail arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo so I can arrange a replacement. If your mailing has not arrived within 25 days of the mailing date, please get in touch and I'll send a replacement.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date before each mailing.

Refunds & Returns

All Petal Pals sales are final once an order has been processed. Refunds and returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
