Preserved Wedding Bouquet 2023 *Deposit

Please read below before booking your custom wedding bouquet!

From this listing, you will only pay a non-refundable retainer of $100+tax to reserve your wedding date (full details in the contract). The remaining payment will be due once your final artwork is complete.

Booking Instructions:
• Select your custom frame colour.
Options: Natural Pine or Hand-Painted White +$25

• When you click "Book Your Date" you will select your bouquet drop-off date and estimated time. The options are Sunday or Monday and must be within 1-2 days after your wedding day. (Drop off location: Annapolis Valley, NS).  If you are shipping your flowers to us by courier (next-day delivery) please get in touch for instructions and special arrangements.

• If you are getting married Monday-Friday please email us to set up an alternative drop-off day.

• If your weekend is no longer showing, please email us directly to be put on a waitlist in case more space becomes available.

Your Contract & Details:
• You will be prompted to click a link to complete and submit your contract & bouquet details, please complete this before you pay your deposit.

Booking Confirmation: 
• You will receive a confirmation that we have received your contract.

• A calendar event will automatically be emailed to you, make sure to add this to your calendar reminders. You will receive a reminder message from us a week before to make arrangements for drop-off. 

• You will also receive an email to download a PDF file about our process, and details on preserving your flowers.
